Board Breaking Bash
Saturday, March 23rd, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
$15 for non-students and $10 for students.
Want to learn to break a board? We will start you or your child out training on the proper technique and at the end of the seminar you will be ready to break your very own board.
The price includes the board, instruction from our Black Belt instructors, and a two weeks free karate training coupon.
To join our Board Breaking Bash simply come by our school to learn how to break a real wooden board! No prior experience is necessary and this event is open to the public ages 3+. Participants will be able to practice their martial arts skills on plastic re-breakable boards, and will break a real wooden board by the end of the seminar! Have fun, develop your character, gain confidence, and improve your fitness at our Board Breaking Bash!

Anti-Bullying
1 in 4 kids report being bullied. Attend our seminar to learn more about how to recognize bullying and to learn options for dealing with aggressive behavior.
Our anti-bullying seminars are open to the public.
Buddy Week
Bring a friend and win prizes, add stripes, and earn karate bucks. Every buddy week is different. Who knows what we might do!

Sparring Workshops
Our workshops provide additional instruction for those students who want to sharpen their skills at both point and continuous sparring.
These sessions are provided by guest instructors... including Master Jeff Smith, 10th degree black belt and world champion!
Hyper Weapon Seminars and Camps
Our weapon seminars and camps offer introduction to weapons for new or beginner students and more advanced techniques for more experienced students.
We offer instruction for Escrima Sticks, Nunchucks, Sword, Kamas, and Bo Staff.
