Once used to harvest crops, the kama is now used for martial arts training. Students are trained in strikes and blocks, as well as kama forms.

BO STAFF

A long staff, often made of wood, is known as a bo staff. Students are taught basic blocks and strikes with the bo staff, in addition to bo staff forms.

Commonly known as a "ninja weapon" nunchucks are taught to improve coordination. Unleash your inner ninja with nunchucks.

SWORD

Sword training is used to build coordination and strength. Our classes build on basic martial arts skills with sword training.

ESCRIMA STICKS

Also known as kali, the art of escrima sticks began in the Phillipines. Escrima stick training is a great way to practice strength and coordination.
